GUILLOTINE (SWEDEN)

GUILLOTINE is an Umeå based Thrash Metal band, formed as HOLOCAUST during 1995. A three song demo tape 'Under The Guillotine' emerged in 1995 with musicians being credited as Spider ("Screaming guitarz & vocals from Hell"), Killer ("Bombing bass") and Insane ("Skin shocker"). 'Spider' subsequently took on the title 'Psycho'. The Necropolis label then took the band on for an album bearing the same title, these sessions recorded at Eurosound Studios. The band featured the NOCTURNAL RITES duo of guitarist Frederik 'Psycho' Mannberg and bassist Nils 'Snake' Eriksson.
