DEATHWISH (ENGLAND)

Formed in 1983, DEATHWISH offered straightforward British Thrash. The band's initial demo secured a deal with Metalworks Records, although following the release of 'At The Edge Of Damnation', the band split for pastures new and promoted themselves sufficiently to gain major label interest in 1988, although opted for manager Tom Doherty's label GWR Records.
