CHARTER (FRANCE)

Power metal band formed in France with Laurent Douillaud Bass , Philippe Ferré Drums , Pascal Louineau Guitars , Eric "Ricket" Castro Guitars and Philippe "Lou" Chastaing. Released a demo in 1984 and I believe a couple others.
